What is a reptile show?
It's when we would come to your home or school and bring in reptiles to entertain and educate about the animals themselves. It is an awesome party for children or teenagers who love animals, or perhaps for people who are afraid of certain reptiles and want to overcome their fears in a safe and controlled environment. Schools can also use our shows to educate students about the animals.
Where can I have a show?
Depending on the weather, almost anywhere! We can do shows in your home, backyard, garage, school gym, classroom, and more!
What would the participants do with the animals?
Depending on the specific animal, we will do a variety of activities! My shows are very hands on, and there is always contact with the reptiles that come to the shows! Some animals students or party-goers can pet, some you can hold, and some of our snakes you can even have them around your neck! Sometimes you could feed some of the animals, however we cannot guarantee that they eat. We never force people to pet or hold our animals, and we may not have certain people pet certain animals, depending on the day. We will bring as many animals for people to pet and hold as possible.
How far are you willing to travel for a show?
Travel costs are included for visits within a 45 minute drive of Wheaton, Illinois. Beyond that, travel rates apply.
Where do you get your animals?
Our animals come from many places! We have rescued some, acquired some reputable breeders in the area, and have found some that just needed a new home. We try to rescue whenever possible.
Do you bring any venomous reptiles?
We do not bring any venomous reptiles to our shows. All the animals that we bring are used to being handled, and are friendly and social.
Will all of the animals on the website be in my show?
We will bring as many animals as possible to your show, but please know that there will be times for various circumstances that animals will not be able to come. If there is any animal in particular you would like to make sure is there, please contact us and we will be happy to try our best to accommodate your request!
